Anish BhimaniAnish Bhimani. Managing Director and Chief Information Risk Officer of JPMorgan Chase & Co., started the day with his keynote speech focused on “Transforming the Security Model to Address New IT Trends". Anish shared his perspective on the four technology trends that he believes are changing the face of Enterprise IT. Virtualization, social media, consumerization, and cloud computing are all presenting increasing challenges for the security executive. During his keynote, he provided insight into how JPMorgan Chase is addressing these challenges. After his keynote, guest attendees lined up to talk with him during the break.

 

 

Roy PostRoy Post, Chief Information Security Officer, of AXA Equitable and Rick Doten, Chief Scientist, Center for Cyber Security Innovation with Lockheed Martin, were interviewed by emcee Richard Warner during the session,"Insights and Interviews". Roy and Rick provided their thoughts during on top challenges facing CISOs today, where technology needs change to support a security leader's needs, key business challenges that security leaders will be facing in the future, and how they plan to “up the ante” to continue to add to the value proposition of their organization to the business.

 

 

Dr. Mike Lloyd Dr. Mike Lloyd, Chief Technology Officer of RedSeal Systems, Inc. and Platinum Sponsor of the Summit presented on "Automation vs Complexity: How Simple Errors Turn Into Crises and How To Stop Them". Dr. Lloyd brought to light the complexities of constant network and infrastructure change, and the ever-present compliance burden that have trapped security teams in an endless game of catch-up. Nick discussed why different solutions have to be developed to protect against today's threats and how next generation firewalls are being positioned with capabilities to help solve the next generation of security challenges.

 

 

Jeff DiMuro, Executive Director of JPMorgan Chase, Darren Lacey, Chief Information Security Officer at Johns Hopkins University and Roseann Larson, former Chief Information Security Officer of the Estee Lauder Companies, participated in the panel discussion "A CISO's Focus on the Future". Fielding questions from emcee Richard Warner and the audience, the executives shed light on the challenges they face for the future and how they are preparing to deal with these challenges.
