As CEO of Executive Alliance, Mary Lou Heastings has responsibility for guiding the continued expansion of the company’s portfolio of technology related executive summits, roundtables, and custom programs across the country. To promote the success of technology executives across different industries, Ms. Heastings launched a publishing arm of Executive Alliance . With content provided by industry executives, four books have been published covering different areas of information security and IT. Previous to Executive Alliance, Ms. Heastings had over 20 years of software experience in online business and global reservations systems for the travel industry with responsibilities for developing strategies and technologies in the business information environment. She lead a staff of financial and technical professionals at Worldspan (now Travelport) with responsibilities for implementing corporate business applications in the United States and 28 countries around the globe. In addition, Ms. Heastings has previous experience in strategic planning, finance, business development, and software development with companies such as Delta Air Lines and Holiday Inn. Ms. Heastings is a co-recipient of the ATHENA Award for women business leaders having an impact on the workplace. She has been recognized in “Who’s Who in Technology;” in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, on the cover of Georgia Trend Magazine as an executive leading change, and featured in the Atlanta Journal and Constitution for her leadership role in developing IT strategies. Ms. Heastings is currently on the Board of the American Red Cross of Georgia and on the steering committee of the Tiffany Circle, a national women’s organization focused on supporting the Red Cross. An avid boater, Ms. Heastings has earned her Captain’s license.

His civil casework includes investigations and analysis in anti-trust lawsuits, as well as cases involving embezzlement, collusion, intellectual property theft and corporate espionage.
As Vice President of Infrastructure and Security Services, John provides strategic vision and leadership for Xylem, a company focused on solving the world’s most complex water challenges. In 2013 John was named one of the top 100 Security Executives by Execurank and in 2014 was named a Top 25 CISO Breakaway Leader. In addition John is a founding member and instructor for the annual Chicago CISO Institute and in partnership with the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, helps to create our future Information Security leaders.

Fawaz Rasheed is the Chief Information Security Officer of Trustmark Companies, where his primary focus is to guide the company down a path to optimize the balance between lower risk, affordability, and increasing expectations from our associates, customers, third parties and regulators to protect sensitive data. Rasheed has 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Security. Previous to Trustmark, Rasheed served as Vice President and Global Information Security Officer for Johnson Controls, Inc., and Executive Leader, Managing Director, Global Security Solutions for Verizon, Cybertrust and TruSecure, among other positions and companies.
Rasheed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Organizational/Business from Loyola University of Chicago, and is pursuing a Masters of Science in Computer Information Security from DePaul University, Chicago. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and is a member of ISACA, ISSA National Chapter, and ISC2 security organizations.
Bob Hansmann is Director of security technologies at Forcepoint. Over his more than 30 year security career, Mr. Hansmann has been responsible for monitoring the trends and directions of malware and the security industry as well as the utility and risks of emerging technologies such as mobile, cloud, and social networking. He is a popular presenter known to deliver balanced perspectives on cybersecurity problems bolstered by applicable guidance and advice.
Mr. Feit joined Accellion in January 2017 and brings more than 25 years of marketing and general management experience in the enterprise software industry. His extensive background in both the security and content markets spans organizations from early stage though Global 1000 companies, including senior leadership roles resulting in six acquisitions.
Prior to joining Accellion, Mr. Feit held the position of Head of Threat Prevention Product Marketing at Check Point Software Technologies. Previously, he was responsible for Risk and Compliance Marketing with McAfee / Intel Security, following the acquisition of database security leader Sentrigo, where he was Vice President of Marketing. Before joining Sentrigo, Mr. Feit held the position of SVP of Marketing at the enterprise data firm, MarkLogic, and earlier positions in the content space include: SVP of Marketing for Verity, VP of Marketing for Inktomi, and VP & General Manager of Infoseek’s enterprise software group.
Mr. Feit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.
