Kevin Dunn is a technology strategist, speaker, and thought leader with over 20 years’ experience in highly available infrastructure, e-commerce, mobile application and payments, BYO Enterprise strategies, and the leadership of technical teams. He joined U.S. Retirement Partners (USRP) in December 2014 as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer where his responsibilities include technology platform development, enterprise security, and information management. Before that, through his independent practice, he assisted clients in creating innovation through a combination of people, process, and technology.
Prior to entering independent practice, Mr. Dunn served as the Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations for First Command Financial Services, Inc. He and his team were responsible for defining and solving business problems through the application of state-of-the-art information technology. Mr. Dunn also served as the CIO for EdExpress Texas, LLP. In this role, he was a key participant in the development of a patented loyalty program supporting saving for education expenses. During this time, Kevin Dunn created the application and technology infrastructure of EdExpress, including customer service, transactional, and e-commerce systems.
Earlier in his career, Kevin Dunn was Technology Strategist for Whittman Hart where he provided strategic guidance on network design, electronic commerce, security, and intranet deployment issues to senior management in the venture capital, manufacturing, insurance, banking, and finance industries through white papers, technical reports, presentations, and as a national corporate speaker. He also was a key member of information technology team at the Superconducting Super Collider project.
Mr. Dunn graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication focusing on the areas of marketing, advertising and corporate video production. He has also participated in professional development courses and activities in a variety of leadership and technical areas, including completion of the Society of Information Management Regional Leadership Forum (SIM-RLF).
Kevin lives in Duncanville, Texas with his wife and two children. He is active in church and community affairs, currently serving on the board of the Dallas Chapter of the Society of Information Management (DFW-SIM), and as a member of the Membership Committee for Shakespeare Dallas. Previously Mr. Dunn served as President of the Board of Directors of the Duncanville Economic Development Corporation and as Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Duncanville.

Information Security Officer
Jaimin Shah is the Information Security Officer at Greystar, where he is responsible for providing security leadership, and developing and maturing the global information security and privacy strategy.
He has over 20 years of extensive experience in information security, privacy, compliance, risk management, and information technology. He has held leadership positions in various industries including Real Estate, Airline, Banking, Retail, and Hospitality.
He currently holds his Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications.
BNSF Railway Company
Mike Tiddy is the Chief Information Security Officer at BNSF Railway. He is responsible for managing all cyber security issues including security architecture, identity and access management, security infrastructure, application security, security operations and cyber incident response.
Mike joined BNSF in November of 2017. He has 25+ years of experience in information technology management and various leadership roles as a military officer, government operations manager, corporate lobbyist, and other various network engineering and security organizations. Prior to BNSF, Mike was most recently with Sabre Corporation, leading their security architecture, threat management, incident response and security operations teams. He also served in several leadership roles in the U.S. government. Mike served our military retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He has an extensive background leading teams in data management, network architectures, forensics, security engineering and 24/7 operations.

First Financial Bankshares, Inc.
Currently the CISO and Senior Vice President at First Financial Bank in Abilene, TX. Over 30 years in the financial services industry in a variety of roles, programming, project management, operations and information security. Prior to being with First Financial, Cynthia was with First American and then the spin off company, CoreLogic for 21 years. She assisted in developing the initial information security program at First American, and rebranded and expanded the program at CoreLogic.
Cynthia is a graduate of Grove City College, Grove City, PA with a BS in Mathematics, and has obtained the following information security certifications, C|CISO, CISM, and CRISC.
Director, Center for Information and Cyber Security
University of North Texas (UNT)
Dr. Ram Dantu has 20 years of industrial experience in the networking industry, where he worked for Cisco, Nortel, Alcatel, and Fujitsu and was responsible for advanced technology products from concept to delivery. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of North Texas (UNT). He was also the founding director of the Network Security Laboratory, and the Center for Information and Computer Security at UNT. He has received several NSF awards in collaboration (lead PI) with Columbia University, Purdue University, the University of California at Davis, Texas A&M University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition to more than 200 research papers, he has authored several Requests For Comments (RFCs) related to MultiProtocol Label Switching (MPLS), SS7 over IP, and routing. Based on my work, Cisco and Alcatel were granted a total of 25 patents, and another ten are pending. During 2011-2012, he was a visiting professor at MIT in the School of Engineering.
